The AI No‑Code Workflow Automation Specialist will design and implement small, practical automations for internal teams and clients using existing AI and no‑code tools (e.g. WhatsApp automation, email summarization, accounting helpers, call workflows, etc).

The focus is on understanding real business problems in small businesses and turning them into reliable automations using tools like n8n/Zapier/Make, WhatsApp APIs, AI agents, and email/banking integrations,etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and prioritise repetitive tasks in sales, support, operations, and finance that can be automated for small businesses.
Design and build end‑to‑end workflows using no‑code/low‑code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Pabbly, Integrately, etc.).
Configure and orchestrate AI tools (OpenAI/Claude/Gemini, copilots, AI email tools) for:
Email summarisation and action‑item extraction.
WhatsApp/Telegram/Slack chat flows for payment reminders, follow‑ups, FAQs.
Call flows with basic voicebots / click‑to‑call / call routing.
Explain my bank statement and suggest entries” style prompts.
Classify transactions and generate draft accounting entries based on narration + history.
Generate daily/weekly summary emails of tasks, alerts, and anomalies.
Integrate AI automations with CRMs, ticketing tools, accounting tools, and spreadsheets using APIs, webhooks, and no‑code connectors.
Test, document, and maintain workflows so that team members can understand, operate, and hand them over to clients.
Train internal users/clients on how to use automations and capture feedback for improvements.
Stay up to date with new AI tools and no‑code platforms relevant to SMB productivity and proactively propose new automation ideas.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of common SMB processes in sales, customer support, operations, and basic accounting.
Hands‑on experience with at least one automation platform (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, Power Automate).
Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, email AI tools, AI copilots) for:
- Prompting and designing structured outputs.
- Summarisation, classification, and data extraction.
Ability to work with APIs and webhooks (understanding JSON payloads, authentication, connecting two tools together).
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to break down business workflows and redesign them as automated processes.
Clear communication and documentation skills; comfortable explaining automations to non‑technical stakeholders.

Nice‑to‑have:

Experience with WhatsApp Business API / Gupshup / Twilio / Zoko / interakt / similar tools.
Experience with call automation tools (Exotel, Twilio, Ozonetel, Aircall, etc.).
Basic familiarity with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, ERPNext, QuickBooks, or similar) and bank statement formats.
Programming/Scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python) to handle edge‑cases in tools like n8n or custom functions in no‑code platforms.

Candidate should be any graduate/post graduate in Computer Science or related degree program.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Self organized and can work independently.
